A: For neutral brand with neutral packing, the lead time is one week. For OEM order, the lead time depends on the quantity, usually 20-30 days.

A: For socket fusion machine, we give lifetime warranty insurance. For butt fusion machine, we offer one-year warranty to the main body of the machines, including the machine rack, facer, heater plate and hydraulic unit.

Q: Can you offer any after-sale service?
