Donrex sand casting branch is a large professional foundry who has more than 600 employees, cast iron construction covers 34000 square meters , with annual capacity up to 15000 Tons ; and Cast steel construction covers 65000 square meters , with annual capacity up to 50000Tons . The company manufactures various kinds of iron and steel castings.
Foundry plant adopts resin sand casting process and lost wax process to meet different requirements on casting structure , wall thickness and size . Melting process with electric arc furnaces (8T and 3T) and intermediate frequency electric furnaces (0.5T and 3T) make all kinds of materials , such as grey iron , ductile iron, carbon steel , alloy steel , stainless steel go get stable effective control.
