Donrex sand casting branch is a large professional foundry who has more than 600 employees, cast iron construction covers 34000 square meters , with annual capacity up to 15000 Tons ; and Cast steel construction covers 65000 square meters , with annual capacity up to 50000Tons . The company manufactures various kinds of iron and steel castings.

Foundry plant adopts resin sand casting process and lost wax process to meet different requirements on casting structure , wall thickness and size . Melting process with electric arc furnaces (8T and 3T) and intermediate frequency electric furnaces (0.5T and 3T) make all kinds of materials , such as grey iron , ductile iron, carbon steel , alloy steel , stainless steel go get stable effective control. The rolling , hanging and dumbing shot blasters ensure efficient cleaning for all castings in different shapes and structures, we control each critical process strictly by various kinds of advanced detection equipment to ensure the quality stability.
