Q: How about the lead time for your machine?
A: For neutral brand with neutral packing, the lead time is one week. For OEM order, the lead time depends on the quantity, usually 20-30 days.
Q: How about the warranty for your machine?
A: For socket fusion machine, we give lifetime warranty insurance. For butt fusion machine, we offer one-year warranty to the main body of the machines, including the machine rack, facer, heater plate and hydraulic unit.
Q: Can you offer any technical support or operation instruction?
A: We have instruction in photos and videos. Our customer can download from our web.
Q: Can you offer any after-sale service?
A: For socket fusion machine, we give lifetime warranty insurance. We usually give new machine to replace the old machine. For butt welding machines, we offer spare-parts free.
